ČETRTA POT, the Slovenian company behind the KADRIS 4 platform, has achieved ISO 22301:2019 certification for its business continuity management system. The certificate was issued by the international certification body Bureau Veritas after a successful audit of our headquarters in Kranj, Slovenia, and is valid until October 2029.

What does the certificate mean for our customers?

When the unexpected happens, such as an IT outage, a cyberattack, a natural disaster or the failure of a key supplier, our solutions must keep running. The ISO 22301 certificate confirms that we are prepared for such events.

For you, this means:

  • reliable operation of the KADRIS 4 business systems, even during disruptions,
  • fast recovery of critical services if an incident occurs,
  • lower risk in your supply chain, which is increasingly important in public tenders and under the NIS2 directive.

What does the standard require?

ISO 22301 requires an organisation to:

  • identify its critical processes and assess the impact of their disruption,
  • manage risks systematically,
  • have response and recovery plans in place,
  • test and improve these plans regularly.

The certificate covers the development, production, implementation and maintenance of contactless identification and payment systems and business information systems.

Part of a complete quality and security framework

The new certificate complements our existing certifications:

  • ISO 9001 for quality management,
  • ISO 27001 for information security management,
  • ISO 27018 for the protection of personal data in the cloud.

Together, they ensure that your data is secure and your business keeps running, even in a crisis.
