The implementation price includes:

Software setup costs: entering the customer’s master data, system configuration and go-live, personalization of ID cards/badges, and training of the system administrator.

Does not include: the purchase of hardware, consumables, and installation services.

The monthly subscription price includes:

Hosting on ČETRTA POT’s servers, KADRIS 4 license rental, data protection and storage in accordance with ISO 27001 and 27018, use of the KADRIS 4 system, access to the CRM and 24/7 error reporting, and staff availability during business hours.

New versions of the existing software (at the source-code level), software updates or code fixes (fixes to existing functionalities, security patches, legislative changes), one upgrade per year, up to two system updates per year, the required latest system version, and purchased software support hours (in accordance with the contract).
