Revoz has been collaborating with ČETRTA POT for many years, primarily in the field of Access Control. As part of our internal program "Digital HR", we expanded our existing IT system by implementing the KADRIS 4 information system for employee management, specifically with a digital module for managing medical examinations. We completed the project with a detailed process analysis in 6 months. The ČETRTA POT team attentively listened to our needs, and in most aspects, we found the best compromise between our requirements and the available software solution. We identified most of our specific needs in the early stages of the project, but even during the testing phase, changes arose, to which the team responded quickly and appropriately. The swift realization of the project was also supported by proper organization and resource availability on both sides. The final solution, which allowed us to digitalize the planning and management of employee medical examinations, has made the work of unit managers and the professional services in our company easier.
