At Trelleborg Slovenia, we have been using business solutions by the provider ČETRTA POT since 2004, when we first implemented mandatory time tracking along with clocking in and out. Over the years, we've gradually expanded our investment to include access control and identification solutions, allowing employees to use contactless IDs to enter and move seamlessly between buildings and offices. As ČETRTA POT continuously monitors market trends and prioritizes user experience, we further enhanced our system by adding software modules that automate the calculation of commuting expenses and assist with employee scheduling and shift planning across various departments.
As an HR professional, I manage a large volume of employee data daily, which must be used for various purposes, including those required by law. The primary advantage of our system is the single point of data entry. For each employee, I input their information into one system, which then automates most of the administrative tasks. When ČETRTA POT expanded their time and attendance system to cover HR processes, it was the perfect opportunity for us to expand our system as well. Interactive personnel records feature a timeline, reminders, and two-way communication with the SPOT governmental portal. As the HR modules are integrated with the eBOL and eHRS interfaces I can wholeheartedly recommend the solution to all my colleagues working in other companies. Elegant solutions like the automatic transfer of electronic sick leave records from the SPOT portal and the bulk processing of M-forms for multiple employees in one go significantly reduce and simplify the administrative process with government institutions. ČETRTA POT has very successfully integrated the KADRIS 4 system with the HR interface eHRS and the eBOL interface at the SPOT governmental portal.
