After just over a year of actively using the time and attendance solution provided by ČETRTA POT, we are impressed with its functionalities. It provides us with a much clearer record of hours worked and allows us to monitor employee attendance and absences. In this area, the system has greatly simplified much of the paperwork, particularly with its ability to set up schedules for both direct and indirect work. The latter work mode is specific to educational institutions, and this solution reflects the agility of ČETRTA POT’s development team in adapting to the client’s requests and needs. Additionally, the solution features a simple, modern, and user-friendly interface. Furthermore, it offers us new opportunities for improvement, as the development team also takes care of legal updates and adjustments, which is crucial in the public sector. For example, this year we purchased the automatic transfer of electronic sick leave records from the SPOT portal into the KADRIS 4 system, thus eliminating the bottleneck in handling and closing sick leave absences and refund claims.
